A Personal Understanding of Change

I believe that we are capable of far more than we often allow ourselves to believe.

Helping others to make lasting change is the work I love to do.

For much of my career, I worked in demanding, high-responsibility professional roles. I was accustomed to making difficult decisions, managing competing priorities and carrying the expectations of others. There was always another deadline, another challenge or another responsibility demanding my attention.

I became very good at keeping everything going. What I wasn’t so good at was looking after myself.

I regularly worked late into the night and at weekends, smoked heavily, drank alcohol every day and gave little thought to the toll it was taking on my health. I was living with constant pressure, but I had become so accustomed to it that I rarely stopped to question the way I was living.

In 2014, a breast cancer diagnosis changed everything.

It brought my own mortality into sharp focus. I began to think about the future, the life I wanted and the changes I needed to make if I was to give myself the best chance of living it. I made a conscious decision to take responsibility for my health, and used hypnosis to stop smoking and drinking, transforming my lifestyle and embarked on a journey that changed far more than my habits.

That experience gave me a very different perspective on the relationship between our professional lives, the pressures we carry and the ways we learn to cope.

Today, I work with people who may be outwardly successful, capable and accustomed to being relied upon, yet privately struggling with habits, behaviours or patterns they feel unable to change.

I understand that the person others see is not always the person you experience behind closed doors. I understand the pressure to maintain appearances, the reluctance to seek help and the importance of finding someone you can trust when there is so much at stake.

With more than 30 years’ experience working with people through therapeutic and transformational approaches, I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to my work.

You may be accustomed to carrying the weight of responsibility for everyone else. I understand that sometimes, you need somewhere you can put it down.

The Story

Science-informed transformation for lasting change

Radiant Wellbeing was created to help ambitious people change the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that keep them stuck so they can create healthier, more fulfilling, and more successful lives.

My approach combines clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, coaching, and neuroscience-informed behaviour change with nervous-system support and mind-body practices such as meditation, breathwork, nature practices and yoga.

This is whole-person transformation: understanding what is driving your patterns, changing what no longer serves you, and building a new way of living that feels grounded, sustainable, and aligned.

Change the patterns that hold you back and create the life you want.

The Radiant Wellbeing Story

Approach

Where mind and body meet

Jacqueline’s approach is warm, intelligent, and grounded in the understanding that identity is not fixed. Through subconscious behaviour change and nervous-system-informed support, clients learn how beliefs, attention, behaviour, and results reinforce one another and how those loops can be changed.

This is elevated wellbeing work for people who want sustainable results. It is informed by neuroscience and the mind-body connection, while staying practical, personal, and deeply attuned to the life a client wants to create.

Belief

Change is possible

Radiant Wellbeing is built on the belief that learned patterns can be changed. When people understand how the brain, body, beliefs, and behaviour interact, they can stop repeating what no longer serves them and begin creating a different experience of life.

That might mean feeling calmer in your body, making stronger decisions, building healthier relationships, making healthier choices, expanding your capacity for success, or finally following through on the life you know you want.

The transformation is the product. Everything else is there to support it.
