A restorative winter retreat for mind, body and soul.

The Radiant Winter Experience is designed to be an intimate, restorative day, with limited places available to create a more personal experience for everyone attending.

For a limited time, you can reserve your place for £150 instead of £249 when you book by 2 November 2026.

Give yourself something wonderful to look forward to this winter. Step away from the demands of everyday life, from the chaos of Christmas, from the depths of winter and unwind your mind, release your body and rediscover your soul in beautiful luxurious surroundings.

After 2 November, the price increases to £249, so if you feel drawn to giving yourself this time, take advantage of the early bird offer and secure your place.

Make space for yourself this Twixmas. You deserve it.

Your day will bring together:

Clinical hypnotherapy to explore stress, thought patterns and your responses to pressure.
Kundalini and Nidra inspired yoga to move, energise, stretch and restore all within your own ability to reconnect with your body.
Breathwork to explore calming and energising breathing practices.
Mantra to bring together sound, rhythm, focus and uplift.
Meditation to create space for stillness and reflection.
Woodland grounding and forest bathing to reconnect with your senses and the natural world.
Creative nature-inspired activity to create a personal symbol to take home.
A nourishing plant-based lunch and time to enjoy the surroundings.

Each element has its place in the experience, creating a day that brings together mind, body and soul.
