These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programmes, appointments, workshops, retreats, events and other experiences provided by Radiant Wellbeing Ltd and Jacqueline Carson.

By booking a service, appointment, programme, workshop, retreat or event with me, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

Payment secures your booking

An appointment, programme place, workshop, retreat or event place is not confirmed until payment has been received.

No payment means no confirmed booking.

Unless a payment plan has been specifically agreed for a particular service or programme, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or through a secure payment link provided by Radiant Wellbeing Ltd.

Where a payment plan is offered, the agreed payment schedule and amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking. A payment plan is a method of paying for the agreed service or programme and does not constitute a month-to-month cancellation arrangement. The agreed payments remain payable in accordance with the payment schedule.

Once payment has been received and the booking confirmed, the payment is binding, subject to the cancellation and refund terms below and any statutory rights that may apply.

2. Individual Appointments — Cancellation and Refunds

My standard cancellation policy for individual appointments is 48 hours.

If you need to cancel an individual appointment, including a hypnotherapy session:

Payment is therefore binding once a booking has been confirmed, subject to any statutory rights that may apply.

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

I understand that exceptional circumstances can arise and may, at my discretion, consider individual circumstances outside the standard cancellation policy.

3. Programmes — Payment Plans and Cancellation

Where a programme is booked as a complete programme, the booking is for the programme as a whole rather than for individual sessions.

Where a payment plan has been agreed, the payment plan is a method of paying for the complete programme and does not constitute a month-to-month booking.

The agreed payments remain payable in accordance with the payment schedule.

Any specific cancellation or refund arrangements applying to a particular programme will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Retreats, Workshops and Events — Cancellation and Refunds

Places at retreats, workshops and events are limited and costs such as venue hire, catering, materials and other event arrangements may be committed in advance.

For this reason, retreat and event bookings are subject to specific cancellation terms and are treated differently from individual appointments.

Unless alternative terms are clearly stated for a particular event:

Where a transfer to another person is agreed, the replacement participant must provide any information required for the event, including relevant health, dietary, allergy or other participation information, and must agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Where substantial non-refundable costs have already been committed for an event, bookings may become non-refundable earlier than 14 days before the event. Where this applies, the specific cancellation terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

For the avoidance of doubt, once a retreat or event has entered its non-refundable period, the payment is binding because costs have been committed in preparation for the event.

These terms apply subject to any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Radiant Wellbeing

Occasionally, it may be necessary for me to cancel, postpone or rearrange an appointment, programme, workshop, retreat or event due to illness, circumstances beyond my reasonable control, venue issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where this happens, I will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or arrangement.

Where an alternative arrangement cannot reasonably be provided, I will offer an appropriate refund for the service or event affected.

6. Delivery of Sessions

Sessions may be delivered online or in person, depending on the service selected and the arrangements available at the time of booking.

For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable private environment and, where possible, a reliable internet connection.

For in-person sessions, the location and any relevant arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Nature of the Services

The services I provide may include clinical hypnotherapy, psychological and psychotherapeutic techniques, coaching, meditation, breathwork, yoga and other wellbeing practices.

The specific approach used will depend on the service you have booked and your individual circumstances.

No particular outcome or result can be guaranteed. Your progress and experience will depend on a range of individual factors, including your circumstances, engagement with the process and willingness to participate.

8. Health and Wellbeing

The services I provide are intended to support wellbeing, personal development and positive change. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment or other professional healthcare advice.

You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing at all times.

If you are concerned about your physical or mental health, symptoms or wellbeing, you should seek appropriate advice from your GP, healthcare professional or another suitably qualified professional.

You should inform me before a session, activity, programme or event of anything that may affect your ability to participate safely, including relevant health conditions, injuries, physical limitations, allergies, intolerances or other circumstances that may be important to your participation.

I may recommend that you seek appropriate medical or professional advice before participating where I believe this would be appropriate.

9. Yoga, Breathwork and Physical Activities

Where you participate in yoga, breathwork, movement or any other physical activity, you agree to work within your own capabilities and limits.

You should not undertake an activity that causes pain, distress, dizziness or other concerning symptoms.

You are responsible for stopping or modifying an activity if it does not feel appropriate for you and for informing me if you need an alternative or modification.

If you have any medical condition, injury, physical limitation or other concern that may affect your participation, you should seek appropriate medical advice before taking part.

Participation in any physical activity is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Retreats, Workshops and Events — Participant Responsibilities

For retreats, workshops and other events, participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves and their personal belongings.

Radiant Wellbeing Ltd and Jacqueline Carson cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to an event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Participants are responsible for informing me in advance of any allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, health considerations, physical limitations or other circumstances that may affect their participation.

Where an activity takes place outdoors, participants should dress appropriately for the weather and conditions and follow any reasonable safety instructions given.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, facilitators, venue staff and anyone else involved in an event.

11. Confidentiality

Information shared with me during the course of a professional relationship will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with my professional and ethical obligations.

Confidential information will not normally be shared with third parties without your consent, except where there is a legal, professional or safeguarding requirement to do so.

There are circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken, including where disclosure is required by a court of law or where information indicates that you or another person may be at risk of significant harm.

12. Safeguarding

I take safeguarding seriously.

If information is disclosed to me which gives me reasonable concern that an adult or child may be at risk of harm, abuse or neglect, I may need to share relevant information with an appropriate agency or professional.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include the police, local authority children’s services, adult social care or another appropriate safeguarding organisation.

Where possible and appropriate, I will discuss this with you. However, there may be circumstances where information must be shared without your consent in order to protect someone from harm or where there is a legal requirement to do so.

13. Records and Information

Professional records are maintained securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection requirements, my professional and regulatory obligations and the requirements of my professional indemnity and other insurance arrangements.

Records and personal information will not be shared except where permitted or required for the purposes described in these Terms & Conditions and my Privacy Policy.

Further information about how personal information is collected, stored and used can be found in my Privacy Policy.

14. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

I may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the creation, development or editing of general business, educational and marketing content.

Client-identifiable, confidential or sensitive personal information is not entered into AI tools for the purpose of creating marketing or general business content.

AI is not used as a substitute for my professional judgement, therapeutic relationship or individual client work.

Any use of technology is undertaken with consideration for confidentiality, privacy and my professional responsibilities.

15. Professional Standards and Code of Ethics

I practise in accordance with the professional standards, code of ethics and guidance applicable to my professional practice.

I maintain any professional registration, membership and professional requirements applicable to the services I provide.

I am committed to providing services in a professional, respectful and ethical manner.

16. Materials and Intellectual Property

Any written materials, recordings, meditations, worksheets, programmes, exercises or other resources provided as part of a service are for your personal use unless otherwise agreed.

They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, resold or used commercially without my prior written permission.

17. Personal Responsibility and Results

The services I provide are designed to support positive change, personal development and wellbeing. However, I cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices during and after working with me.

You are encouraged to seek additional professional support where this is appropriate to your circumstances.

18. Complaints

I aim to provide a professional, respectful and high-quality service.

If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of the service you have received, please contact me directly so that I have the opportunity to understand the issue and address it appropriately.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, or to affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Subject to this, I will take reasonable care in providing my services, but I cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside my reasonable control or for outcomes arising from decisions or actions taken by you.

20. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to my services, professional requirements or applicable legislation.

The Terms & Conditions applying to your booking will normally be those in effect at the time you make your booking, unless a change is required by law or professional requirements.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales.
